EP 47 - Stinking Thinking

In this episode, Jeffrey is joined by his esteemed guest Winnie. The two of them discuss how as sex and porn addicts, we can be plagued by incessant thoughts: lustful thoughts, ruminating thoughts, future tripping. They discuss how they use the principles of the twelve step program to help them manage this "stinking thinking". We're excited to announce that Winnie will be joining Jeffrey as his co host for the time being while Troy takes a break to focus on his family.

As a note: Winnie's audio cut out a few times during the recording. So we apologize for the interruption. Winnie named himself in the moment based on a post-it he saw while recording the episode - clearly a gift from Higher Power!
